The mostly single-family homes in the surrounding suburban neighborhood are primarily of a Mediterranean style. To blend into this context, a Santa Barbara architectural style was selected, with smooth finish cement plaster walls, tile roofs, arched openings and simple historic detailing. Two story buildings face the street while three-story buildings surround pockets of parking spaces at the center of the site. The centrally located community center includes a spacious south-facing pool area.
