The design of Terracina at Santa Rosa has been informed by the classic Victorian era residence being restored and converted into a community gathering place at the entrance to the site. Kuchman Architects teamed with Deering Landscape Architects and USA Properties Fund to create eleven affordable communities throughout Northern California. Construction was completed in 2008.
