This project will be adjacent the popular B-Side bar in the Richmond Grove neighborhood of the Sacramento grid. This music venue will accommodate approximately 200 people, including a stage, dressing rooms, and other support areas. Bar areas are on first and second levels. The second level provides the theater’s seating mezzanine as well as a deck overlooking 15^th Street.
